Violin / Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen and Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna

A violinist and educator of international acclaim, her charismatic and inspiring performances have won her a wide audience. She plays the “ex Hamma Segelmann” N. Bergonzi violin (Cremona 1750) from the collection of the Austrian National Bank. She collaborates with world-renowned orchestras and conductors and has also expanded her skills to include viola playing.

She studied under many esteemed teachers at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest and the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna (graduating with distinction), including András Kiss, Ferenc Rados, György Kurtág, and Gerhard Schultz. In 1995, she completed postgraduate studies in the Netherlands (under Viktor Liberman and Philippe Hirschhorn).

She participated in masterclasses led by prominent musicians such as Josef Gingold, Lorand Fenyves, Tibor Varga, and Igor Ozim. She has performed numerous times at festivals such as Schubertiade, Bregenzer Festspiele, Haydn Festspiele, and KlangBogen Wien. She has received multiple scholarships, including those funded by the PE-Förderkreises. She is a laureate of international music competitions in Prague, Vienna, Trapani, and Hungary. For her contributions to culture and the arts, she was granted Austrian citizenship.

She has performed with artists of such stature as Clemens Hagen, Elisabeth Leonskaja, Alexander Lonquich, Arto Noras, Melvyn Tan, Wolfgang Schulz and Stefan Vladar. She has a varied phonographic output, abounding in albums of violin and chamber works of various eras.

From 2002 to 2022, she taught at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Graz. She is currently associated with the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen and the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna, where she teaches violin classes.

As a lecturer, she is invited to participate in music courses in Austria, Germany, Portugal, Spain, China, Japan and the USA.
