Dominik Bunc was born in Czechia on 12 October 1995. He began his musical education in 2003 at the School of Art in Prague, where he started to learn playing the bassoon in 2007, and then also the piano in 2009. In 2004-2011, he attended the Music School, where he developed his talent in the field of keyboard. In 2018, he completed his studies in the oboe class at the Prague Academy. At the moment he studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music of the University of Ostrava. He has played a lot of concerts. In 2015-2019, he played the oboe at the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2020, he has been a soloist of the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 he took part in master classes in Dobřichovice, taught by Prof. Jan Thuri.
