Patrycja Piątek

Patrycja Piątek started her musical education at the 1st and 2nd degree Stanisław Moniuszko State Music School of in Jelenia Góra in 2008. In 2011, she completed the 1st degree of the Music School and continued her music education at the 2nd degree. In 2017, she graduated from the Stanisław Moniuszko National Primary and Secondary Music School in Jelenia Góra. The next stage of education was the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. In the years 2017-2020 she completed the Bachelor’s degree, and currently she is studying in the 1st year of Master’s degree studies.

During her musical education, she has taken part in many events and projects. In 2014, she participated in the Nysa International Orchestral Project, playing the first oboe and having the opportunity to give concerts in Jelenia Góra, Liberec and Munich. In 2011-2017 she played in the School Symphony Orchestra at the Stanisław Moniuszko State Music School in Jelenia Góra. In 2017-2021, she took part in the projects of the Academic Symphony Orchestra and the Academic Brass Orchestra at the Academy of Music in Katowice. She collaborated with the Silesian Philharmonic. She also had the opportunity to perform at the Silesian Opera in Bytom.

She has participated in many oboe courses and master classes with foreign and Polish Oboists, including Christoph Hartmann, David Walter, Washington Barella, Dominik Wollenweber, Gordon Hunt, Cristina Gomez Godoy, Tomasz Miczka, and Arkadiusz Krupa.

She has had the pleasure of working with a lot of conductors, including Mirosław Błaszczyk, Jacek Bywalec, Jacek Rogala, Alexander Hummala, Boon Hua Lien, Ruben Silva, and Łukasz Borowicz.
