Polish theatre, film and television actor. He graduated from the Acting Department of the Theatre Academy in Warsaw. He has performed on the stages of the Rozmaitości Theatre and the Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw. Winner of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Award for the role of Fadinard in Eugène Labiche’s “Straw Hat” and the play “Pamiętnik z Powstania Warszawskiego” by Miron Białoszewski. Winner of the Gdynia Film Festival for best actor. He has played in over 40 film pictures. He received leading roles, among others, as Father Jerzy Popiełuszko in the film “Popiełuszko. Freedom Is Within Us.” and “My wonderful life”. Well-known and well-liked by TV viewers actor of several TV series and several performances within the framework of Teatr Telewizji.
