Ewa Niewiadomska
Journalist at Polskie Radio Katowice, where she is the coordinator of cultural broadcasts. Creator of cyclical programs “Więcej Kultury Proszę!”, “Pozytywka. “Poczet Pisarzy Polskich” and the daily newsletter “Moc Kultury”. She is the author of popular interviews with artists, deals with cultural journalism, reports, and reviews the most notable events in the world of art in Silesia. She conducts author meetings and concerts. She cooperates with “Gazeta Wyborcza” and the University of Silesia. She is also the Chairwoman of the Forum of Directors of Theatres in the Silesian Voivodeship. She has received numerous awards from artists and journalists, including the Krystyna Bochenek and Silesia Press journalism competitions. Her award-winning titles include the reportages “NOSPR – zbudowani z dźwięków” and “Penderecki – życie to za mało.” The Minister of Culture and National Heritage awarded her the title of Zasłużony dla Kultury Polskiej (Merited for the Polish Culture). She is also a laureate of cultural awards from the Mayor of Katowice and the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship.
