“Kochani Moi!” (from Polish- “My Dear!”) – an atmospheric evening with a movie star

One of the most valuable mementos left behind by Michał Spisak are the letters he wrote over the years to his acquaintances and friends. Among the addressees were Grażyna Bacewicz, Henryk Mikołaj Górecki or Stefan Jarociński. The correspondence, which was published in a monograph by Leon Markiewicz devoted to Michał Spisak, is an extremely valuable source of knowledge about the fate of the outstanding citizen of Dąbrowa Górnicza and his relations with friends – representatives of the world of music.

One of the events of this year’s Festival is an atmospheric musical and literary evening, entitled “Kochani Moi!” i.e., a performative reading of the correspondence left by the composer. The performance will be complemented by an atmospheric musical setting and will be graced by an excellent, star-studded cast!

On the revolving stage of the Theatre Hall of the Zagłębie Palace of Culture, where the audience will also be seated, the outstanding actor with an exceptional voice – Zbigniew Zamachowski – will perform! Musically, soprano Ewa Biegas with pianist Grzegorz Biegas and the Airis String Quartet composed of: Aleksandra Czajor- Kowalska (violin), Grażyna Zubik (violin), Malwina Tkaczyk (viola), Mateusz Mańka (cello).
