It is a piano duo created by two young, ambitious, music-loving pianists from Dąbrowa Górnicza: Łukasz Szubski and Krzysztof Włodarczyk have been friends since they were six years old. Both began their musical education at the Dąbrowa Górnicza Music School in the piano class. When they began their studies, at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in 2010, they decided to try to form a piano duo. The time of their studies was a period of cooperation with outstanding pianists and pedagogues of the Polish classical music scene for both musicians. Łukasz Szubski collaborated with Prof. Józef Stompel, Dr Magdalena Lisak, Dr Piotr Sałajczyk. Krzysztof Włodarczyk, in turn, collaborated with Prof. Zbigniew Raubo, Piotr Banasik and Łukasz Trepczyński. They have performed on the stages of the Academy of Music in Katowice, the Royal Albert Hall (Elgar Room), the Silesian Philharmonic, the Center Civic Can Deu in Barcelona, and the Zagłębie Palace of Culture. They have released their debut album. Both hold positions as piano teachers and accompanists at the Michał Spisak Music School Complex in Dąbrowa Górnicza. In addition, both have been collaborating with the Henryk Mikołaj Górecki Silesian Philharmonic since 2011. They perform the most varied repertoire compositions of classical and popular music.

ŁUKASZ SZUBSKI

A pianist whose extensive repertoire includes several hundred pieces of film, jazz and classical music, as well as many of his own arrangements of pop and rock hits. For many years he has been playing on small and big stages, both in Poland and abroad, starting with the one in the Zagłębie Palace of Culture through chamber stages, to concerts in philharmonics and concert halls all over the world, among others in Dubai, Bratislava and Brno. He has written numerous piano arrangements of songs by legendary bands such as Metallica, Nirvana, Queen, Guns N’Roses, AC/DC, Deep Purple, System Of A Down and many, many more.

KRZYSZTOF WŁODARCZYK

A pianist, graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in the piano class of Professor Zbigniew Raubo. In 2016 he participated in the Concert for 21 Pianos with the Kalisz Philharmonic Orchestra. He gives concerts at home and abroad. He is a piano teacher at the Michał Spisak Music School Complex in Dąbrowa Górnicza. In 2015, he started working at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice as an accompanist. He is the winner of numerous competitions including: 1^st Prize at the 2016 London Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition, 1^st Prize at the 10^th Svirel International Music Competition and Festival in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, 3^rd Prize at the 7^th International Giovani Musicisti Premio Antonio Salieri Competition, Award of the Mayor of the City of Dąbrowa Górnicza for achievements in the field of culture, Award of Dziennik Zachodni[1] in the 2017 Personality of the Year Poll in the category of Culture.
