Graduated with honours from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in Professor Wojciech Świtała’s piano class and from postgraduate studies at the Universitat fur Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna under the direction of Professor Jan Jiracek von Arnim. He has participated in masterclasses conducted by such eminent pianists as Daniil Trifonov, Kevin Kenner, Tobias Koch, Nikolai Demidenko, Krzysztof Jabłoński, Anna Malikova, Andrzej Jasiński, Józef Stompel. He is the winner of many competition prizes, the most important ones being: a distinction and “nagroda młodych krytyków” (transl. from Polish: “the young critics’ prize”) at the 1st S. Moniuszko International Polish Music Competition in Rzeszów (2019), 1st Prize at the 2nd International “Livorno Piano Competition – Young” in Italy (2018), 3rd Prize at the 4th International Piano Competition “Halina Czerny-Stefańska In memoriam” in Poznań (2017), 4th Prize at the F. Chopin National Piano Competition in Katowice (2016), the title of Laureat Estrady Młodych 49. Festiwalu Pianistyki w Słupsku (transl. from Polish: Laureate of the Stage of the Young of the 49th Polish Piano Festival in Słupsk (2015)). In 2018, he received the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding artistic achievements. He has given recitals at, among others, the Ehrbar Saal in Vienna, the Royal Łazienki Park and the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, the concert hall of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR) in Katowice, and the Fryderyk Chopin Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola. He has given concerts with many orchestras, including: Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, Silesian Philharmonic, Podkarpackie Philharmonic, Świętokrzyska Philharmonic. In 2015 he performed at the Berlin Philharmonic accompanied by Das Sinfonieorchester Berlin, inaugurating the orchestra’s concert season, and in 2016 he gave a recital at the 50th Chopin Festival in Nohant, France.
